We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to start a return, you can contact us at info@nagarvel.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Go to the website , find out contact us page and fill your details.
optionally you can also write us info@nagarvel.com to return your product.
Your case will be investigated by support staff and a solution will be given to you according to the policy.
After receiving return acceptance from nagarvel support, return the parcel with order no and share receipt/tracking details on email once you post.
Intimation of the parcel will be given to you immediately after receiving the return products.
Refund will be initiated once we receive the products.

we will arrange a return pick up, if the service is available at the pin code courier partenr will get back to you with return packing slip within 24-48 hours. If return pick up service is not available at the center, one has to send it back to us through any courier and we will reimburse an amount of 100 Rs. to it.

Damaged on arriaval
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is damaged, we will give the return or exchange charge

Exchanges or its a wrong product
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will charge for product exchange or return

cancel an order
You can cancel an order until 24 hours from the order placed time to cancel the order. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. within 2 days an order to cancel your order please send an email to info@nagarvel.com

Change Of Mind
If You place order and you want to change design , color or product so you can call or mail after within the first 24 hours.
if you received parcel and you want to change product size and color so don’t worry we will arrange pickup for you and no any extra shipping charge

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
